Microschool — Zalik Academy (Oshawa & Scarborough only)

The microschool is available at Oshawa and Scarborough only. Choose one of those locations to add it.

Household income
Families with household income of $150,000 or less are prioritized. Income does not affect eligibility for first-come camp or PA-Day programs.
This self-assessment helps Embers allocate subsidy fairly. It does not guarantee approval or create a binding obligation beyond agreed invoices; final subsidy levels are at Embers' discretion.
Terms
By signing, I confirm the information provided is accurate and that I understand and agree to the shared-cost subsidy model and terms of participation. Receipts issued through Embers cannot be submitted to OAP, SSAH or insurance. Participation requires intake completion with the relevant partner.
